NEW YORK, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- A 33-year-old Brooklyn man has pleaded not guilty to stealing a $13,000 handbag, wallet and iPod from actress Kirsten Dunst's Manhattan hotel suite.

Jarrod Beinerman, an ex-con and alleged drug dealer, faces felony burglary charges for raiding Dunst's SoHo Grand Hotel penthouse last month, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

Prosecutors said Beinerman and co-defendant James Jimenez broke into the room while Dunst was out.
