Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LONDON, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Singer Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, will appear in a London courthouse next month after allegedly attacking a barman.
Fielder-Civil and one other man were named in the assault case, which ended in barman James King requiring medical treatment, said The Mail on Sunday.
If the music video assistant is convicted of the crime that allegedly took place at the Macbeth pub in London then he could receive a lengthy jail sentence.
At a previous hearing Fielder-Civil pleaded not guilty to a charge of grievous bodily harm with intent.
If convicted by London’s Snaresbrook Crown court then he will face a prison sentence that can be anything up to a life term.
