Among the categories Harris took home nominations for were Lyricist of the Year, CD of the Year and Best Live Performance.

Coming in behind the "Bring Em' Out" star were rappers Kayne West and Lil' Wayne, who each garnered seven nominations.

Other top nominees included rapper Common with five nods, "Kingdom Come" rapper Jay-Z with four, and three nominations apiece for rappers Ludacris and 50 Cent.
