LOS ANGELES, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- U.S. film producer Joe Nasser says he is working on a new ripped-from-the-headlines movie called "Hollywood Brats," the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.

"It's all about these girls in Hollywood getting into trouble," Nasser told the Times. "You see them all go to jail, you see them get arrested, you see them go through trials and tribulations."

Nasser, who also is the executive producer on the new Anna Nicole Smith bio-pic, said the "Brats" script will be based on "public record" and use the names of "real people."

He would not, however, reveal if any of those names will be Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears.

"I'm not allowed to let those names out yet," he said, adding "As long as we stick to the truth, we're in good shape."

Although it is yet to be cast, the independent film is set to go before the cameras on Oct. 30, the Times said.
