LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- VH1 "Surreal Life" and Whitesnake video star Tawny Kitaen filed suit in Los Angeles claiming her former boyfriend ripped her off for millions of dollars.
The suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court claims handwriting experts said ledgers prove Philip Cyburt syphoned more than $3 million from Kitaen during the couple's four-year relationship, TMZ.com reports.

In addition to allegedly cooking her books, Kitaen claims the real estate executive sold several of her personal properties and kept the money.
Cyburt released a statement to TMZ.com saying, "The lawsuit took me by complete surprise and I have no further comment."
