Lucacris to give free concert

ATLANA, Ga., Aug. 13 (UPI) -- Rapper Ludacris and Seattle SuperSonics forward Damien Wilkins plan a free concert in Atlanta to mark positive community development, organizers said.

The Ludacris & Friends, Strength in Numbers Concert is scheduled Sept. 2 featuring performances by Ludacris, Chingy, Shareefa and Ne-Yo, as well as appearances by NBA superstars Ray Allen, Kevin Durant and Rashard Lewis, AllHipHop.com reported Monday.

After the concert, The Ludacris Foundation and the Damien Wilkins Foundation host an after-party at the Opera Nightclub in Atlanta.

Donations will be accepted at the door of the concert and the after-party to support both foundations.
