Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

NEW YORK, Aug. 1 (UPI) -- Comedian Whoopi Goldberg will be sitting at "The View" table in New York when the talk show begins its 11th season, ABC officials announced Wednesday.
Goldberg, who has been a guest host more than a dozen times, officially debuts Sept. 4, The Chicago Tribune reported. The Oscar winner replaces Rosie O'Donnell, whose contract wasn't renewed.
"I have known Whoopi for years," Barbara Walters, "The View" executive producer, said in a statement. "She is brilliant, funny and irrepressible and is an enormously popular and talented star. We are delighted that she is going to join the program as our moderator."
"It's a show I like with people I like and I'm looking forward to it," Goldberg said.
