Matt Allen and Caleb Wilson teamed for script-writing.

In his previous work with New Line, Vaughn scored a break-out success with "Wedding Crashers." Witherspoon, who won an Oscar for her role as June Carter Cash in "Walk the Line," recently completed the political thriller "Rendition" for New Line.
