LONDON, July 10 (UPI) -- The inaugural season of the Theater Royal Haymarket in London will feature a world premiere musical from the creators of "Les Miserables" and "Miss Saigon."

Jonathan Kent, who ran the Almeida Theater for 12 years, will oversee the three-show launch that begins in September with William Wycherley's sex-romp comedy, "The Country Wife," the New York Times reported Tuesday.

Edward Bond's dark comedy "The Sea" will make its multi-week run beginning in April.

The final production, beginning in May, is the world premiere of "Marguerite," a musical based on Alexandre Dumas' "La Dame aux Camellias."

"Marguerite" is set during World War II in occupied Paris, where the mistress of a high-ranking German officer attracts the love of a musician half her age. The book is by Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schonberg -- creators of "Les Miserables" and "Miss Saigon" -- and Kent. The music by Michel Legrand and the lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer of "Les Miserables."
