LOS ANGELES, June 25 (UPI) -- The beef between Rappers T.I. and Ludacris rose to the level of physical blows at The Power Brunch-L.A., in Los Angeles' Sunset Tower.

The event, hosted by Warner Music Group's Kevin Liles, honored Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete's Hollyrod Foundation, People magazine reported.

At the party, the heat between T.I and Ludacris' manager, Chaka Zulu, turned into fisticuffs when one of them started swinging. Before long eight other members of the rappers' entourages joined in.

Security escorted T.I. out of the party with a torn shirt but onlookers said he otherwise appeared uninjured.

Only one woman was injured during the fight, but Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics treated her at the scene.

"Basically we responded to a disturbance," said Sgt. Kristin Aloma. "No report was taken. We were there in two or three minutes. There was an altercation between the entourages."
