Mick Jagger apologizes to fans in Catalan

MADRID, June 22 (UPI) -- Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger apologized to fans in Spain, speaking the Catalan language, for canceling three tour dates last year.

Jagger told Spanish Stones lovers the band was "sorry we canceled our concert last year, but now we are ready," EFE news agency reported Friday.

Band mates Keith Richards and Charlie Watts joined Jagger in offering the apology.
