NEW YORK, June 13 (UPI) -- Media personality Barbara Walters says she would have no problem welcoming heiress Paris Hilton onto the New York set of "The View."
Speaking on her SIRIUS Satellite Radio show "Barbara Live" this week, the "View" co-host disagreed with the ABC series' co-executive producer Bill Geddie regarding a potential visit from the troubled heiress, People magazine said Wednesday.
"She would certainly always give us something to talk about," Walters said of Hilton.
Days after making those encouraging remarks during her radio show Monday, Walters confirmed she has had no talks with Hilton regarding such a visit.
She also said on a radio show Wednesday she hadn't thought about having another phone conversation with Hilton similar to the one she recently talked about on "The View."
"I hadn't really thought about it," Walters said of such a possibility. "I wasn't trying to speak with her (when we did speak)."
