LOND BEACH, Calif., June 12 (UPI) -- The film "Our Ecological Footprint and Ways to Reduce It," narrated by Harrison Ford, will be shown in Long Beach, Calif., at the Ocean Conservation Awards.

The nonprofit Aquarium of the Pacific will host the eighth annual Ocean Conservation Awards Gala Saturday, the Aquarium of the Pacific said in a news release.

The awards recognize those who have taken leadership roles to protect the environment and oceans.

The organization will present the 2007 Ocean Conservation Award to Jeremy Jackson and the Institutional Award to Moffatt & Nichol for protecting coastal ecosystems.

The awards gala will include gourmet dining, live music, cocktails and the feeling of the Aquarium at night so attendees will truly understand the impact human's have on the plant, said the news release.
