NEW YORK, June 5 (UPI) -- Time Warner Tuesday removed the temporary designation from Bill Nelson's title as chairman and CEO for U.S. cable network HBO.
Nelson had been named interim chief executive officer in the wake of Chris Albrecht's departure in May after reports of an alleged battery incident in Las Vegas.

HBO parent Time Warner also named three New York-based executives -- general counsel Harold Akselrad, sales and marketing leader Eric Kessler and program strategist Richard Plepler -- as co-presidents reporting to Nelson.
