Ohno, an Olympic short track speed-skating gold medalist, and Hough, a first-time "Dancing" professional partner, bested former 'N Sync singer Joey Fatone and partner Kym Johnson.
Ohno and Hough scored a perfect 60-point tally from the judges for their paso doble Tuesday, as well as winning the vote of the viewing public. Fatone and Johnson also earned 60 points for their tango.
The judges' scores counted for half of the couples' total and popular vote by viewers accounted for the other half.
"There are so many lessons to be learned," Ohno said, noting that with dedication, hard work and determination, "anything is possible."
