Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

CANNES, France, May 17 (UPI) -- Robert De Niro and Al Pacino will team up for the first time since "Heat" in "Righteous Kill," an indie film to be shot in Connecticut and in New York.
De Niro and Pacino will play two cops chasing a serial killer in the Jon Avnet-directed film, Variety reported Thursday. The script is being written by "Inside Man" writer Russell Gewirtz.
Worldwide rights are being shopped during the Cannes Film Festival in France. The production is being put together by Nu Image's Millennium Films and Emmett-Furla Films.
Emmett-Furla's Randall Emmett, said the idea for the film grew from the two actors' desire to co-star.
"They're friends, and this really all got started from that," he said.
