Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

HOLLYWOOD, May 10 (UPI) -- Indie rock band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah is prepping for its first Hollywood close-up.
The New York band is set to star in the film "The Great Buck Howard" and has written a number of new songs for the project, NME.com reported Thursday. The film stars John Malkovich, Tom Hanks and his son Colin Hanks.
The plot involves an illusionist, played by Malkovich, in the twilight of his career, and a young man -- Colin Hanks' character -- who becomes his new assistant despite the unenthusiastic reaction by the youth's father, played by Tom Hanks.
The film is scheduled to be released this fall.
