Following Brand on the worst dressed was Britain's Chancellor Gordon Brown.

Others listed as best dressed include "Children of Men" star Clive Owen, "Little Britain's" David Walliams, actor Jude Law, soccer star David Beckham and designer Tom Ford.

Others who were included on the worst-dressed list were Razorlight's Johnny Borrell, broadcast personality Vernon Kay, London Mayor Ken Livingstone, Tower of London frontman Donny Tourette, comic Ricky Gervais and writer-broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson.
