LONDON, March 3 (UPI) -- Actress Elizabeth Hurley and her fiance Arun Nayar were married Friday in a secret ceremony at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire, England, a report says.

There were only two witnesses present at the secret civil service on Friday afternoon, Britain's Daily Mirror said.

The model and the Indian businessman also reportedly only told a handful of people that they were to be married before they held a lavish "marriage celebration" at the same place Saturday night.

The county superintendent registrar for Gloucestershire, Anne Williams, conducted the proceedings in one of the castle's licensed rooms, the newspaper said.

Those attending Saturday's service were to include Patsy Kensit, Elton John and Donatella Versace, the report said, but Hurley and Nayar will have already been married when the festivities start.
