LOS ANGELES, March 2 (UPI) -- Political candidates hoping for Washington addresses are resuming their treks to Hollywood for fundraising events.

U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., seeking the Democratic Party's nomination for president, was scheduled to return Friday for a private dinner and then join Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa Saturday to kick off the Great American Cleanup campaign to beautify public parks and waterways, Variety said.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, interested in the Republican presidential nod, is scheduled to attend a benefit for his presidential exploratory committee.

Other national candidates expected in Hollywood include New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and U.S. Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn.

Campaigns are required to disclose fundraising totals and lists of donors to the Federal Election Commission by April 15.
