Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

HONG KONG, March 1 (UPI) -- A $38.5 million funding package for Hong Kong's movie industry was unveiled in finance secretary Henry Tang's budget address to the Legislative Council.
Tang said the new financial aid package, recommended by Hong Kong's Film Development Committee, would help a "major creative sector," Variety said Thursday.
The new fund would help "finance film production and overcome the shortage of talent," Tang said.
Tang said the Hong Kong secretary for commerce, industry and technology will consult the soon-to-be established Film Development Council to develop how the fund would be operated. He did not indicate how the funds would be allocated nor say how long money would be available.
