LOS ANGELES, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- A who's who of American actors will join Robert De Niro in "What Just Happened?" -- a comedy directed by Barry Levinson.

Academy Award winner Sean Penn, Bruce Willis, Stanley Tucci, John Turturro and Kristen Stewart are on board for the film, which starts shooting March 22, Variety said Friday.

Art Linson, the veteran Hollywood producer, wrote the screenplay inspired by his memoir. In the fictional film, De Niro plays a movie producer trying to preserve his dignity as his world is slowly destroyed by Hollywood and the breakup of his second marriage, Variety said.

De Niro and his Tribeca Productions partner Jane Rosenthal also will produce the film with Linson.
