LONDON, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- One of Britain's famous advertising icons, the Cadbury Flake girl, is scheduled to return after a five-year absence.
Model Alyssa Sutherland, the latest Flake girl to tempt viewers with Cadbury chocolate, will be seen nibbling a bar when a new commercial airs this week, Sky News said Monday.

In keeping with tradition of the commercials that began in the 1950s, Sutherland will be shown peeling back the wrapper and enjoying the Cadbury candy.
"The Flake girl is so well loved by the British public that it made sense to bring her back," Cadbury spokesman Tony Bilsborough said.
The new commercial is part of a multimillion-dollar advertising campaign.
