DETROIT, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- A Detroit-area condo group has sued to oust a family featured on ABC's "Supernanny," claiming the four children are still unruly after the nanny's visit.

The Trillium Park Homeowners Association said it wants Michael and Tamara Amouri to comply with condo regulations or face eviction, the Detroit News said Tuesday.

"I don't know if ("Supernanny") had success or not," said Patricia McBride, the property manager for Whitehall Management, which runs the 320-unit apartment-style complex in Commerce Township.

"Supernanny" Jo Frost visited the Amouris in November but the condo association said the noise and unruly behavior continued long after Frost left.

The lawsuit, filed in Oakland County, Mich., Circuit Court, alleged the children "create excessive noise at all hours of the day and night."

The suit, scheduled to be heard in early February, also named the man who owns the condo but rents it to the family.

Tamara Amouri, 31, said she was unaware of the lawsuit but expects to move from the condo soon.

An ABC spokeswoman said that because of the litigation she couldn't comment on how Frost fared with the Amouris.
