Foxy Brown angry at anger management staff

NEW YORK, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Rapper Foxy Brown was told to leave her anger management seminar in New York because she was belligerent with the staff, probation officers said.

Her probation officer told a judge in Manhattan Criminal Court that anger management counselors said the rap star "threatened to become physically harmful," the New York Post said Thursday.

Brown was questioning a bill at the Brooklyn counseling services office at the time, the officer said.

Brown's attorney said the incident arose when a clinic staffer asked Brown to pay $180 in cash for the session that was supposed to cost $30.

A dispute over a $20 manicure that resulted in Brown punching two nail salon workers led to her being sentenced to anger management counseling initially.

The judge declined the probation officer's request that Brown be removed from probation after being told that the rap star will start anger management sessions again with a private practitioner.
