Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- "CSI: Miami" star David Caruso and his wife, Margaret, finalized their divorce in Los Angeles nearly two-and-a-half years after they separated.
Court documents showed that Caruso will retain homes in Florida and California while his wife will keep the Range Rover, furniture and other items, People magazine said.
They were married for eight years.
Margaret Caruso will receive $2.7 million and a portion of the actor's residuals from the "CSI" show, documents show. Also, her name will be restored to Margaret Elizabeth Buckley.
