SAO PAULO, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- A Brazilian judge ordered YouTube to remove from the video-sharing site a clip of Brazilian model Daniela Cicarelli frolicking with her boyfriend.

The ruling ends months of efforts by lawyers for Cicarelli to have the video removed from numerous Web sites. Failure on the part of YouTube to remove the clip could result in a fine amounting to $119,000 daily, Folha de Sao Paulo reported Friday.

The clip shows Cicarelli and her boyfriend kissing on a beach in Cadiz, Spain. Later in the video, they enter the water and are shown in an intimate embrace.

Cicarelli was once the fiancee of Brazilian soccer star Ronaldo.
