Carly Simon to make QVC debut

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Jan. 2 (UPI) -- Grammy and Academy Award-winning singer and songwriter Carly Simon is to give a special performance on the Pennsylvania-based QVC shopping network.

Simon will make her QVC debut to promote her recently released CD "Into White." During the 30-minute broadcast, Simon is to be accompanied by her two children, Sally Taylor and Ben Taylor, the network said.

"Carly Simon's music is woven into the tapestry of American culture," said Rich Yoegel, director of merchandising for QVC. "QVC is thrilled to bring her latest release to our customers with this very special live performance."
