LONDON, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Video of U.S. pop singer Britney Spears burping was the most-watched celebrity Internet clip in 2006, ViralVideoChart.com said.
The Daily Mail reported that the video clip, that also shows Spears detailing her belief in time travel, was viewed more than 3 million times during 2006 making it the year's most-viewed online clip.
The singer's video clip narrowly beat out one of her ex-husband, rapper Kevin Federline, receiving her text message that she was planning to end their marriage.
That embarrassing video was viewed nearly 2 million times during the year and easily surpassed the approximate 1 million 2006 viewings captured by a third-place clip of "Seinfeld" actor Michael Richards making racist comments in public.
The paper said that Paris Hilton was the subject of the next two top spots as a video of derogatory comments made about her by singer Lindsay Lohan and a clip of her crashing a Bentley automobile captured fourth and fifth place, respectively.
