The "Young Guns" star was ordered to perform 200 hours of community service and attend one year of domestic violence counseling, People magazine reported.

Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said Boismier suffered wounds to her knees after being dragged around the home she shared with the 44-year-old actor.

A representative for Phillips told People the actor had no comment on the incident or the court ruling.

"This is a private matter," said the spokesman. "He will abide by the court's decision."
