BURBANK, Calif., Dec. 4 (UPI) -- The myriad of possibilities from life's numerous decisions is the concept behind the new U.S. TV drama "Ordinary Joe" on ABC.
The show, produced by Sony Pictures TV and Kudos Film & Television, will follow its title character through three separate lives that all spawned from one life-altering decision he made, The Hollywood Reporter said.
"It's about the choices in your life and how little things can lead to big consequences," Kudos exec Jane Featherstone explained. "There are a lot of universal elements in it like life, love, the choices you make, regrets."
The series comes in part from "Felicity" co-creator Matt Reeves and will follow all three incarnations of its lead in each episode with one a base theme in common between them all.
The Reporter said if ABC decides to pick up the highbrow series based on the pilot, then Reeves will serve not only as chief writer but as director as well.
