Ivanka Trump bristles at Paris comparisons

NEW YORK, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Ivanka Trump says she's a working stiff and resents any comparison to Hollywood party icon Paris Hilton.

The 25-year-old daughter of The Donald was quoted by TeenHollywood.com on Monday as saying she's not part of the heiress community despite a fortunate choice of fathers.

"Just being lumped into that heiress category is somewhat annoying," she said, adding "I work my (rear) off."

She added that while she knows the glittery Hilton, the two "don't hang out" and have nothing in common other than coming from wealthy parents.

While not exactly banished to the salt mines, Trump does indeed put nose to grindstone every day as a budding vice president of development and acquisitions at Trump Organization, the nerve center of dad's casino and real-estate empire.
