LONDON, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- The planned Genesis reunion is going over big in Britain, where tickets for the two July shows were sold out in just 90 minutes.

The "Turn It On Again" world tour will be the first live performances in 15 years for the band that enjoyed its heyday in the 1970s and '80s.

The tour includes dates in early July in London and Manchester that sold out all 100,000 tickets on Friday; advance sales of shows on the European continent were also reported heavy.

Genesis, which will also play the United States in late summer, will be without founding member Peter Gabriel, although Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford are committed.
