Stephen Baldwin book on religious awakening

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- U.S. actor Stephen Baldwin has written a book about his struggles with drug addiction in Hollywood.

"The Unusual Suspect" is a play on Baldwin's role in the film "The Usual Suspects" and includes details of his born-again Christianity.

He told ABC that his new direction helped him throw off his obsession with his image and status symbols.

"It's real, it's changed my life, it's transformed my heart, I'm not who I was," Baldwin said.

Baldwin is currently traveling around America as an evangelist, hoping to reach the youth audience by making God "edgier."
