LOS ANGELES, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Edgar Ramirez is playing a super killer in the newest installment of "The Bourne Identity" series, "The Bourne Ultimatum."

Paul Greengrass is directing the Universal Pictures' feature, which revolves around the adventures of amnesiac spy hero Jason Bourne and is currently filming in Europe, said the Hollywood Reporter Friday.

Matt Damon is back as Jason Bourne and Joan Allen and Julia Stiles grace the cast again as well. Joining the cast are David Strathairn and Paddy Considine.

The story involves Bourne uncovering his past, which makes him a target of Ramirez's character.

Ramirez recently appeared in the United States in "Domino," the Tony Scott-directed thriller starring Keira Knightley. He also recently finished filming the Sony feature "Vantage Point," directed by Pete Travis and produced by Neil Moritz.
