'World Trade Center' tops Hollywood fest

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Oliver Stone's "World Trade Center" won the top prize at this year's Hollywood Film Festival.

The Oscar0-winning director's film about the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks was honored with the Hollywood Movie of the Year Award Sunday during the 10th annual edition of the festival. It won because it collected the most votes online at the Yahoo! Movies and "Entertainment Tonight" Web sites, said a news release from the festival.

Spanish director Pedro Almodovar's "Volver" received the festival's Hollywood World Award and Terry Green's feature "Heaven's Fall" was named Best Feature Film.
