PHOENIX, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- U.S. liberals will get a new forum for discussing politics late this month when the Nova M talk radio network debuts nationwide.

With a scheduled launch date of Oct. 30, the new liberal radio network will offer listeners a series of shows headed by former politicos and talk show personalities, Media Week reported.

The network, based in Phoenix, will offer talk shows from former Air America host Mike Malloy, ex-gubernatorial candidate Dr. Mike Newcomb and former San Francisco Talk personality Peter B. Collins.

Nova M will also offer listeners "Talk of the Nation," a political show headed by Zogby International Chief Executive Officer John Zogby.

Media Week said the network's programming will make its debut on the former Air America station, KPHX/Phoenix, and will be overseen by media and communication consultant Joe Trippi as it expands nationwide.
