BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Actress Jennifer Aniston is purchasing her first home since she and Brad Pitt split up in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $15 million.
Aniston's new house, a one-story, six-bedroom and seven-bathroom home, was designed in the1970s by architect Hal Levitt, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.

Levitt's trademark gray-and-black-onyx terrazzo floors are popular with celebrities.
The Olsen twins and the creator of HBO's "Sex and the City" have also owned homes created by Levitt.
Aniston had been leasing a two-bedroom house with 50 feet of beachfront in Malibu.
The 37-year-old actress is also making her directing debut this month at a Glamour magazine event with the short film "Room 10."
