Billy Bush takes blame for Longoria fall

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- "Access Hollywood" co-host Billy Bush has claimed responsibility for actress Eva Longoria's fall Thursday due to a phone conversation the two were having.

Bush wrote on his Web page, "Billy's Blog," that he was talking to the "Desperate Housewives" actress when she fell on set sustaining minor injuries last week and that the entire incident was entirely his fault, said People magazine.

"Not only did Eva Longoria take a tumble off the top step of her trailer on the set of Desperate Housewives and fall flat on her back," wrote Bush. "Not only did that land her in an ambulance and ultimately the E.R., but it's my fault."

The "Access Hollywood" host also said that he and Longoria were discussing the failing health of a young boy, whom the duo was planning on offering an early Christmas.

A representative for Longoria said that the actress is recovering from the incident and only suffered bruised ribs in the fall, People reported.
