LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- The Hollywood daughter of the late actor Peter Sellers and actress Britt Ekland, Victoria Sellers, faces deportation to Britain over legal problems.

The Times of London reported that the 41-year-old Sellers was arrested Monday in Hollywood -- an immigration judge ordered her out of the country in 2002, revoking her U.S. residency -- will likely be deported sometime in the near future.

Previously, the former Playboy model had had spent time in jail for a drug-related conviction and after pleading guilty to handling stolen goods.

The Hollywood socialite, who a judge once said had a "somewhat hedonistic approach to life -- a great deal of taking and not much giving," also previously co-starred in the sex advice video, "Sex Tips with Heidi Fleiss and Victoria Sellers."

The newspaper said a U.S. immigration spokesman would not confirm when the daughter of the "Dr. Strangelove" star would be deported.

She was being held in a detention center in Orange County, Calif.
