LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- The cast is growing for a remake of the 1957 classic U.S. western "3:10 to Yuma," reported ignfilmforce.com.
Joining the cast of director James Mangold's film are Peter Fonda and Gretchen Mol ("The Notorious Bettie Page"). Dallas Roberts ("Flicka") is slated to co-star opposite Russell Crowe and Christian Bale.
The remake, like the original, follows a lawman (Bale) who attempts to bring a wanted outlaw (Crowe) to trial despite the difficulties he faces from the villain's gang, the Web site said.
