NEW YORK, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- The actor who played goofball "Screech" on the U.S. sitcom "Saved by the Bell" reportedly hinted that a porn video he supposedly starred in could exist.
TMZ.com says Dustin Diamond called a Tampa radio station Wednesday and didn't exactly deny he was the leading man in a three-person X-rated romp.
"I've had a lot of fun with video in the past," Diamond reportedly said.
Diamond played the stork-like comic-relief character known as "Screech" in the definitely G-rated "Saved by the Bell."
The New York Daily News said the snippet was being shopped around the skin industry by Phoenix agent David Hans Schmidt, who has dealt before in rare X-rated material involving actors who later became movie stars.
TMZ said Diamond's agent was nonplussed, saying, "Dustin has been trying to escape the Screech typecast."
