PYONGYANG, North Korea, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- This year's Pyongyang Film Festival in North Korea, as in years past, was devoid of any Hollywood films, Daily Variety reported.

One of the world's most mysterious film festivals, the Pyongyang Film Festival has barred Hollywood reps and films since it began in 1987.

This year, the 10th edition of the Pyongyang Film Festival ended Friday.

Most of the festivals 120-plus foreign guests are comprised of producers, buyers and Asiaphile critics.

The German drama "Napola," set in a Nazi Youth training school, won best film honors on Friday evening.

Daily Variety reported that among the 72 titles in the program were Germany's' "The Miracle of Bern," UK comedies "Bean" and "Nanny McPhee" and the French drama "Cache."
