Ferrell's company cashes in with 'P.E.'

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's Hollywood production company, Gary Sanchez Productions, is developing a new comedy for HBO TV.

In what may be the richest development deal in the history of the premium cable TV network, "P.E., is described as a single-camera comedy about a former major league pitcher who becomes a physical education teacher at his old middle school, The Hollywood Reporter said Wednesday.

The project is being headed by Chris Henchy and written by Jody Hill, Ben Best and Danny McBride of the film, "The Foot Fist Way," The Reporter said.
