Shaw's 'Heartbreak House' has Broadway run

NEW YORK, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- "Heartbreak House," George Bernard Shaw's play about the follies and foibles of British gentry, will be revived on Broadway.

The Roundabout Theatre Company production is set to open Oct. 11 at the American Airlines Theatre, starring Philip Bosco, Swoosie Kurtz, Byron Jennings, Lily Rabe and Laila Robins, Playbill reported.

Kurtz played in Roundabout's "The Mineola Twins." She won a Tony Award nomination for "Frozen" on Broadway. Most recently, she received an Emmy nomination for her performance on Showtime's "Huff."

Jennings has been in several Roundabout productions, including "A Touch of the Poet," "The Foreigner" and "The Man Who Came to Dinner."

Rabe starred in "Steel Magnolias" on Broadway and "Colder Than Here" off-Broadway.

Bosco was seen in Roundabout's "Twelve Angry Men" on Broadway. "Heartbreak House" will be his 13th Roundabout show.

The show is scheduled to run through Dec. 3.
