Rapper Lily Allen releases debut CD

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8 (UPI) -- British rapper Lily Allen, whose single, "Smile," was No. 1 on the British singles chart in July 2006, is releasing an Extended Play CD with the hit song.

The four-song, digital EP, including "Cheryl Tweedy" and "Absolutely Nothing," will be out Sept. 26, Billboard reported.

Allen's debut album, "Alright, Still," will be released Jan. 30 in the United States on Capitol.

The pop star will tour North America in October, playing Toronto Oct. 8; New York Oct. 10; San Francisco Oct. 12; Los Angeles Oct. 14 and Chicago Oct. 16.

She will release a new single "LDN" Sept. 25.

Allen, 21, is the daughter of actor-comedian Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen.
