Corporations explore rock fantasy camp

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- The founder of Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp in New York is looking to improve team-building in corporate offices by getting employees to rock out together.

Business executives who attended the camp told founder David Fishof the experience had taught them how to work more cooperatively, Pollstar reported.

"The first executive said to me, 'David, I'm running my company differently. I realized that in order to run a successful company, I have to learn to listen to my executives, that it's not all about me,'" Fishof said.

Fishof brings amateurs together with top name professionals and gets them to jam for a day or a week, the report said. Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp can accommodate 25 or 250 people, traveling to a corporate location and even gearing the workshop toward a specific company objective.

"If the CEO is up there playing guitar, I guarantee the room is not going to empty out," Fishof said.
