NEW YORK, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Danity Kane, the winner of MTV's "Making the Band 3," had the No. 1 U.S. album on the Billboard 200 chart Wednesday.
OutKast's soundtrack to "Idlewild" entered the chart at No. 2 followed by last week's top album, Christina Aguilera's "Back to Basics."
Mexican Mana scored the biggest debut for a Spanish album with "Amar Es Combatir" opening at No. 4 while Disney's "The Cheetah Girls 2" was No. 5 for the second consecutive week.
Paris Hilton's debut "Paris" entered the chart at No. 6, knocking the 22nd "Now That's What I Call Music" to No. 7.
The Top 10 is rounded out by Lamb Of God's "Sacrament" at No. 8, "The Ultimate Luther Vandross," at No. 9 and Kelis at No. 10 with "Kelis Was Here."
U.S. CD sales lagged 1 percent behind last week at 9.54 million sold and down 1.2 percent compared to the same week last year.
