Hurley, 41, told sources that the wedding will be "very soon" and that she has negotiated a 2 million-pound deal ($3.76 million) with a magazine to cover the costs of the celebrations.

Now that Arun has been officially divorced from his wife, Valentina Pedroni, the couple are able to marry, and are having two ceremonies. The Mail reported that the first will be a smaller affair at Hurley's home in Gloucestershire, England. The second ceremony will take place in India, where Arun's family live.

Hurley, a successful businesswoman with her own film company and beachwear line, has recently sparked pregnancy rumors with her "blooming" appearance when seen out with Arun.
