'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- "Young Guns" and "LA Bamba" actor Lou Diamond Phillips was arrested in Los Angeles Friday on suspicion of domestic violence.
Police arrested the 44-year-old actor after responding to a call at his home, LAPD spokeswoman Martha Garcia told the Los Angeles Times. Officers concluded "than an argument escalated to physical abuse," Garcia said.
Phillips, who played rocker Richie Valens in the 1987 film "La Bamba," was booked on suspicion of "co-habitant abuse," Garcia told the Times.
